I worked as a full-stack systems engineer embedded on the production floor at Rittal CSM, one of the world’s leading manufacturers, not in an office next to it. Over my time there I designed, built and deployed four operational systems from scratch, liaising closely with core stakeholders across production, stores, quality and management to get each one right. Every one is still in production today. That is where I learned that the expensive problems are rarely on the machines — they are in the approvals, the re-typing and the reports nobody trusts. I am now available to build the same for your business.
