You get a written scope and a fixed price

If it is worth building, I send a short proposal with a defined scope, a timeline and a fixed price. No retainer, no open-ended day rate, no obligation to proceed.

Six to twelve weeks

From the agreed scope to the first thing live, for a typical project. A single automation is faster.
