By service
Services one to four are quoted per project. Ongoing optimisation is monthly, and only starts once something is live.
One process automated end to end: invoice approvals, purchase orders, job sheets, leave requests or document sign-off. Priced by the number of steps and the systems it has to talk to.
Automated document reading, PDF extraction, email categorisation or generated summaries. Priced by document volume and how much checking the output needs before it is trusted.
Power BI dashboards built on your existing data, refreshing on their own. Priced by the number of sources to connect and how clean that data is when we start.
A bespoke internal web app: asset tracking, job management, quality inspections or an internal portal. This is the work I have already delivered in production, so the numbers here are firm.
Support, minor changes, new automations, staff training and process reviews. Direct access to the engineer who built it, with no ticket queue. Cancel with a month's notice.
Ranges reflect scope, data quality and the number of systems involved. You always get one fixed number in your proposal, never a range.

A half day, on site or remote, to deploy on your infrastructure when it is ready to go.
£500 to £750 if the infrastructure needs sourcing, speccing and configuring first.
A half-day on-site session that gets your team confident on the new system. Always a separate line item, never hidden inside the build.
New features or work outside the retainer scope, billed by the day so you only pay for what you ask for.

How it works
Standard terms for bespoke software. The deposit secures the work and the balance is due when it is live and working.
The business is below the £90,000 VAT threshold, so every price here is exactly what you pay — nothing added at the end.
Larger agencies have to add 20% on top of everything they quote. On a £9,500 project, that is £1,900 you simply do not pay.
