Live OEE and downtime tracker
Offline first capture of every line stop, with OEE recomputed in real time and surviving network drops on the floor.
About
Four systems built from scratch at Rittal CSM, one of the world’s leading manufacturers. All still running.
I'm Esther, a full-stack systems engineer. I help construction and engineering businesses reduce admin through automation: workflow automation, AI process automation, Power BI reporting, and bespoke web applications where off-the-shelf tools do not fit.
I learned this work on the floor rather than in a meeting room. I worked as a full-stack systems engineer embedded on the production floor, and over my time there I designed, built and deployed the plant's core operational ecosystem from scratch: an offline first live OEE and downtime tracker, a real time capacity planner, a high value stock accuracy monitor with SAP integration, and a digital approval workflow. All four remain in active production today. Getting them right meant a substantial amount of time liaising with core stakeholders across production, stores, quality and management, not just writing the code.
That was in-house work rather than a client engagement, and I am straight about it. It is also the reason I can walk into a business and know what actually happens at a shift changeover, or where an approval really gets stuck.
What that work taught me is that the expensive problems are rarely on the machines. They are in the invoices waiting for a signature, the job sheets typed up twice, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. I saw the same admin everywhere, which is why my services now cover the back office as well as the floor. I am working independently and available to build the same for your business.
Every system I build is yours outright. You get the full source code, deployed on your own hardware, handed over with the documentation your IT team or any future developer needs to run, maintain and extend it without me. Nothing depends on me still being around.
No account managers. No agency overhead. Just production hardened software built for the realities of the operational floor.
On the production floor
Designed, built and deployed from scratch, in close consultation with the people who use them. Every one still runs the plant today.
Offline first capture of every line stop, with OEE recomputed in real time and surviving network drops on the floor.
Open orders matched against live machine and staff availability, replacing a fragile scheduling spreadsheet.
A high value variance monitor with SAP integration that surfaces drifting counts before they become losses.
Signed, traceable approvals that retired paper sign off and email chains across the operation.
Tell me what is slowing you down and I will tell you straight whether software fixes it.
