Live OEE and downtime tracker
Offline first capture of every line stop, with OEE recomputed in real time and surviving network drops on the floor.
About
I'm Esther, a founder and lead engineer building bespoke, offline resilient web applications for the teams that run operational floors, using ASP.NET Core 8 and SQL Server.
Before setting out on my own, I spent a year embedded on the production floor of a mid sized fabrication facility in Plymouth. While there, I designed, built, and deployed the plant's core operational ecosystem from scratch, including an offline first live OEE and downtime tracker, a real time capacity planner, a high value stock accuracy monitor with SAP integration, and a digital approval workflow. All of these systems remain in active production.
No account managers. No agency overhead. Just production hardened software built for the realities of the operational floor.
On the Plymouth floor
Four systems, designed, built and deployed in one year. Every one still runs the plant today.
Offline first capture of every line stop, with OEE recomputed in real time and surviving network drops on the floor.
Open orders matched against live machine and staff availability, replacing a fragile scheduling spreadsheet.
A high value variance monitor with SAP integration that surfaces drifting counts before they become losses.
Signed, traceable approvals that retired paper sign off and email chains across the operation.
Tell me what is slowing the line and I will tell you straight whether software fixes it.
